ISIL is not about to finish in Libya. The defeat in Sirt was unexpected but that is only they (along with every smock in the Middle East) does not understand how the American policy for the region works. Support does not mean alliance for all time whatever happens. ISIL in Sirt was employed to exhaust the regional forces and will now be allowed to regroup somewhere else only to be used for another purpose. ISIL is a perfect tool to cause massive damage. They are not about to be abandoned.
